Michael Grueneich

BACKGROUND

Michael has spent 30 years in the automotive industry, the last 12 as owner of Providence Auto Care—where he still works as technician, service writer, and, in his words, janitor. Years inside Ford dealerships and aftermarket shops showed him both the good and the poor ways to treat customers, and he built his business around the lesson that stuck: be honest, and let people make their own informed decisions about their vehicles.

CREDENTIALS

A Ford Master Tech with ASE L1 certification, Michael has also been a North Carolina state inspector since the 1990s.

HOW HE WORKS

He starts with every customer the same way—listening first and addressing their concerns before anything else, guided by the Golden Rule (Matthew 7:12).

OFF THE CLOCK

He helps his wife run her store, Archer + Pratt, and spends his time with family and friends, in the garden, and with audiobooks and music of all sorts.
